PROCUREMENT NOTICE

FSCSPCO – Kelem International School (KIS) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the Procurement and Implementation of an Integrated School Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The project involves the supply, implementation, configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support of an integrated ERP solution to support the School’s core administrative and operational functions.

The bidding period shall remain open from 28 July 2026 until 12 August 2026 at 10:30 AM (EAT).

Bid Submission

Bidders shall submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Completed bids must be sealed, clearly marked:

Bids received before the submission deadline will be publicly opened at 11:00 AM (EAT) on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, at the Finance Office, FSCSPCO – Kelem International School, Kazanchis, in front of Meles Zenawi Foundation, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders shall meet the minimum eligibility requirements specified in the bidding documents, including but not limited to:

• Valid business registration and renewed Trade License.
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ERP, School Management Systems, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• At least two (2) verifiable reference implementations.
• Capacity to provide implementation, training, and ongoing technical support in Ethiopia.
• Compliance with all technical and administrative requirements stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Statement of Work (SoW).
