01. Grant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grant Manager to oversee our grant management processes and ensure the effective use of funds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement grant management policies and procedures.
  • Identify and research potential funding opportunities from various sources.
  • Prepare and submit winning grant proposals, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
  • Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with program teams to evaluate project progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders, providing updates and reports as required.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on grant management best practices.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience for BA degree holder and 4 in grant management or fundraising within the NGO sector.
  • Strong knowledge of proposal writing, reporting, and compliance requirements, along with a testimonial letter that demonstrates previous success and achievements in securing grants
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with expertise in ERP systems, communication and a strong background in maintaining IT equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, photocopiers, printers, and another IT equipment.
  • Administer and manage ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and support business processes.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP systems (specific ERP software experience preferred).
