Ethiopian Council of Gospel Believers’ Churches (ECGBC) is looking for:

01. Executive secretary

Duty Station: ECGBC Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Terms of employment: Permanente

Gender: Mele

Salary: According to ECGBC Salary Scale.

Deadline: October 23, 2026

Required Qualification :

BA Degree in Secretarial Science is preferable from recognized

Required Experience:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in related fields
Proven skill in writing Amharic and English Correspondences
Proven skills and capacity for planning and organizing meetings and conferences, as well as office management
Computer literate with a proven knowledge of handling Microsoft Work (Word, spreadsheets (excel) Outlook, email and office planning
Ability to work with cross-cultural communities

Other Requirements:

Communicant member of the ECGBC with recent testimonial from her pastor.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal relationship is essential.
