Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, fixed assets, reconciliations)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure preparation of accurate financial statements (IFRS/local GAAP)
- Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and compliance procedures
- Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key account reconciliations
- Review financial reports and support management decision-making
- Improve ERP systems, accounting processes, and reporting efficiency
