01. Scrum Master

Job Summary:

As Scrum master you will guide Agile teams through Scrum processes, facilitate delivery cycles, and ensure sprint goals are met through proactive support, team alignment, and stakeholder collaboration. Occasionally contribute to QA efforts and maintain Agile discipline across multiple teams or products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant-leader, enabling high performance within Agile teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and clear backlog.
  • Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput).
  • Identify and remove blockers for the team.
  • Coach team members on Agile practices, estimation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and team health.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) or key feature validation.
  • Participate in post-sprint testing or defect verification.

02. Tech Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 7+ years of software development and leadership experience to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of complex systems. The role involves leading multiple technology stacks (Odoo, Python/Django, MERN, Laravel, Java/Spring Boot, mobile frameworks), mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, security, and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Agile practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Tech Lead, you are the technical authority and guide for the development team, responsible for translating business objectives into a clear technical vision and ensuring its successful execution. You will define and drive the team’s technical strategy and roadmap while leading, managing, and empowering engineers to be productive and aligned. Your role requires you to serve as the primary technical decision-maker, unblocking the team and resolving complex challenges. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and champion a culture of high quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team’s architectural integrity and overall engineering excellence.

 Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and maintenance of Odoo modules and API integrations.

·Provide technical leadership across stacks: Flutter, React Native, MERN, Django, Swift, PHP, Android and other related.

·Make final decisions on architecture and technology stack across all team projects (React, Flutter, Node.js, etc.).

·Decompose complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and delegate effectively.

·Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural design sessions to ensure high-quality output.

·Oversee the technical aspects of WordPress and Odoo solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise standards.

·Manage technical debt, system performance, and the overall health of the codebase.

·Act as the key technical liaison between the development team and other departments, including product, design, and senior management.

Guide the professional growth of team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
  • Strong skills in Python, Django, Odoo, plus experience with MERN, Laravel /PHP, Java/Spring Boot, and mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native).
  • Proven ability to design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
