Our company is seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries.
• Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy front desk area.
• Coordinate with client and administration staffs to create smooth flow.
• Presentable, punctual, and client-friendly.
• Taking and ensuring messages are passing to the appropriate staff members in time
• Managing meeting room availability.
• Coordinating internal and external events.
• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.
• Maintained safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and good telephone communication etiquette.
• 2+ Years’ experience in a receptionist role prior experience as a hotel receptionist is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English language and MS Office software is required.

Education Qualification

• BA degree in Business Management, Hotel Management and related fields.

Job Summary

A core network engineer is a specialized type of network engineer who focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of the core network infrastructure. This infrastructure acts as the backbone of a larger network, connecting various systems and facilitating communication between them. Core network engineers ensure efficient data transmission, network scalability, and security within the network

Responsibilities:-

• Process maintenance task to clear network risk/issue, such as risk/precaution/rectification/upgrade
• Provide technical support to customers to resolve live core network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining high network availability.
• Support customers and third-party service providers to fulfill network service requirements, ensuring smooth integration and operations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and mitigate network risks, including precautionary checks, issue rectification, and necessary upgrades.
• Lead or participate in the end-to-end delivery of core network projects, from planning and implementation to testing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across core network components to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, maintenance activities, and issue resolutions.
• Support internal teams with knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Electronics, and Computer-related Majors.
• Hand on experience with 3+ years as a core network engineer.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, and other networking protocols.
• Knowledge of network security practices and tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
• Strong communication and learning, proactive and team work skills.
• Fluent in English
