Production of a Video Documentary and Graphics

Water Witness International (WWI) is a UK-based charitable organization registered as an international non-governmental organization under FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations (Reg# 5137). As part of the ongoing “Putting water stewardship to work for the Ethiopian textile and apparel sector’’ project, WWI would like to recruit a media company to have a short documentary video and graphics produced on project achievements and case stories. Therefore, potential bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial offer based on the Terms of reference provided (TOR).

Bidders must submit their offer in two sealed and marked envelopes that shows accurate current address (Physical, postal, telephones, email) and date of application as follows:

Technical documents should demonstrate –

• Professional registration license in film production renewed for 2015.
• Tax registration – VAT/TOT registration certificate
• Evidence on experiences in film production
• Professional capacity of the team/crew composition
• Experience in producing development project-related documentaries for both local and international audiences.
• Detail workplan that consider the duration of the work stated in the TOR
• Sample short similar video clips
• Available cameras and related equipment (Full high-definition video)
• Recommendations from organizations to whom you have produced films/documentaries.

Financial document should demonstrate.

• Summary table indicating the unit and total cost for each deliverable identified in the TOR to produce a video documentary and graphics (Please use the table in the TOR for financial offer).
