Job Description
Water Witness International (WWI) is a UK-based charitable organization registered as an international non-governmental organization under FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations (Reg# 5137). As part of the ongoing “Putting water stewardship to work for the Ethiopian textile and apparel sector’’ project, WWI would like to recruit a consultant to provide technical support on the design and supervision of a conventional wastewater treatment plant for a textile and garment company supported by the project. Therefore, potential bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial offer based on the Terms of reference provided (TOR).
Bidders must submit their offer in two sealed and marked envelopes as follows:
Technical documents; –
- Copy of renewed trade and professional license
- Copy of taxpayer identification certificate
- Copy of VAT/ToT registration certificate
- Evidence of work experience
- At least two recommendations for similar work
- Methodology and work plan. Note: the work shall be completed within a maximum of 45 days.
Financial Offer
- Summary table indicating the unit and total cost for each activity identified for the design and supervision of a conventional wastewater treatment plant

All bids (Technical & Financial) must be hand-delivered to the WWI-Head office on or before 4 pm on Jan 23, 2023. Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on Jan 28, 2023, at 11:00 am.
