Invitation to Bid for Audit Service- INTP -II Project

REACH Ethiopia is a non-political, non-religious, non-racial, and non-profit development organization registered by the Charities and Societies Agency as an Ethiopian Resident Charity under Certificate No. 3020. The organization is implementing various development projects, one of which is funded through a grant from the Stop TB Partnership and the United Nations Office for Project Services (Stop TB/UNOPS).

REACH Ethiopia hereby invites qualified and eligible audit firms to conduct the financial audit of the iNTP II Project for the period covering December 2024 to January 2026.

Interested and qualified audit firms are required to physically collect the RFQ/bid document from our office starting from the date of this advertisement.

Bidders are expected to attach the following documents as part of their bid submission:

1. Renewed professional license
2. Renewed business license
3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value-Added Tax (VAT) certificate
4. Organization profile, including evidence of experience (past performance) in auditing similar organizations, as required by the Charities and Societies Agency
5. Proof of registration as Certified Chartered Accountants/Certificate of Professional Competence
6. Details of staff assigned to perform the audit, including experience, qualifications, and position classification
7. More information about the bid is stated on the RFQ
