The Ethiopian Midwives Association (EMwA) is a professional association established in 1992 with a noble mission to reduce maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality in Ethiopia through midwifery-led continuum of care. EMwA has been a proud member of the International Confederation of Midwives since 1993. EMwA is currently seeking to engage a highly experienced Consultants/Firms to revise Human Resource (HR) and Policy Procedure Manuals tailored for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Ethiopia.

• Proven Experience: Provide written testimonials from previous clients or organizations to substantiate your experience in developing or revising HR and procedural manuals.
• Valid Documentation: Submit renewed professional and trade licenses, TIN, and/or VAT certificates as part of the technical proposal in PDF format.
• Team Qualifications: Demonstrate the proficiency and expertise of all team members by providing detailed CVs highlighting relevant qualifications and work experience.

Proposal Submission:

• Submit both technical and financial proposals as separate PDF documents.
• The documents should state the proposal as “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”
• The subject of the email should state as: “Proposal to undertake Human Resource and policy procedures Manual Revision”
