Introduction
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS Ethiopia) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the printing of project communications and visibility materials described in this invitation.
About the Organization
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS Ethiopia) is the Ethiopian representative office of Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung. The organization works with smallholder farming communities, youth, women, farmer organizations, and local institutions to strengthen livelihoods and promote sustainable, resilient landscapes.
Objective of the Procurement
To engage a qualified supplier to print, produce, and deliver high-quality project communication materials to support our different levels of engagement.
Scope of Supply and Minimum Technical Specifications
The supplier shall produce/supply and deliver the items listed below. These are minimum requirements; bidders may offer higher-quality alternatives and must clearly identify any deviations.

Note: Samples of previous work for the Trifold brochure, A4 Flyers, and water bottle are required to be submitted along with the bid document.
Additional Requirements
- All materials must be new and free from defects. Materials, workmanship, printing, and finishing must be of professional quality.
- HRNS-Ethiopia will provide approved logos, designs, and applicable visual identity guidance.
- Physical samples, mock-ups or digital proofs, as applicable, must be submitted for HRNS-Ethiopia’s review and written approval before mass production.
- The supplier must ensure consistency in material quality, dimensions, colour, finishing and branding throughout the order.
- Items that do not conform to approved samples, specifications or agreed quality requirements may be rejected and must be corrected or replaced at no additional cost.
- The supplier shall package the finished items appropriately and deliver them safely to the HRNS-Ethiopia office.
- Bidders must indicate their proposed production and delivery lead time.
Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers shall submit a complete bid comprising the following:
Technical Proposal
- Company profile and relevant experience in producing or supplying similar materials.
- Detailed description of proposed materials, including material type, dimensions, weight/capacity where applicable, production method and finishing.
- Product catalogue, manufacturer information, photographs or physical samples, where available.
- Confirmation of compliance with the minimum specifications, with any deviations clearly indicated.
- Proposed production and delivery schedule.
Financial Proposal
- Itemized quotation showing unit price and total price for each item.
- All applicable taxes and other charges clearly indicated.
Mandatory Documents
- Valid business licence for the current fiscal year.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
- VAT registration certificate.
- Valid Tax clearance certificate
- Consultancy
How to Apply
Bid Submission Deadline
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Printing of Project Communication and Visibility Materials” and delivered physically to the HRNS Ethiopia Country Office no later than Friday, November 13, 2026, at 10:00 Local Time. Late submissions will not be considered.

Right of HRNS-Ethiopia
HRNS-Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, and to cancel or discontinue the procurement process at any stage in accordance with its procurement procedures.
