About the position
The Junior Intern will assist the Finance department in various tasks and gaining practical experience and exposure to the day-to-day operations of the organization. This internship is ideal for recent graduates looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will assist with the following tasks:
- Documentation Support:
- Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Scan & store financial documents provided
- Assist in the preparation and filing of financial reports and documentation for audit.
- Assist in the execution of other departmental tasks as assigned.
About You
Education:
- Recent graduate with a degree in accounting, or a related field.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
- strong ability using computer scanners and related electronics materials
- Ability to use computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- The intern is expected to work from 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
