These positions are located in the Publications & Conference Management Section (PCMS), Administration and Conference Management Division (ACMD). The interns will work under the overall supervision of the Chief Conference Planning and Coordination Services Unit (CPCSU) of the section and the direct supervision of Team Leader/Marketing. The internship is for six (6) months with the opportunity for extension depending on the needs of the Section. The interns will work full-time five days per week (34 hours per week).
• Draft promotional content for websites, emails, and print media (brochures, flyers, and sales collateral).
• Conduct basic market research, update Online information, and maintain accurate records within sales and marketing databases.
• Assist in planning outreach activities and promotional events, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and pricing information, and manage customer records to ensure excellent service.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations, including phone and email communications, order processing, invoicing, and billing/shipping logistics.
• Assist with data collection and basic reporting to track marketing performance and sales trends.
• Performs other duties as required.
