Job Summary:

The Integrated Security Division Team Lead oversees the organizations and Clients physical, cyber, and operational security programs, ensuring a unified approach to threat prevention, risk mitigation, and incident response. This role manages a team of security professionals and coordinates with IT, facilities, legal, and law enforcement to protect personnel, assets, and data

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Security Operations Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional security team (physical security, cybersecurity, access control, SOC analysts).
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat intelligence analysis

2 Physical Security Management

• Oversee access control systems (badge readers, biometrics), CCTV surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
• Manage security personnel (guards, patrols, executive protection) and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, OSHA, and local regulations.
• Public safety and security system and physical security systems.
• Conduct post-incident reviews (RCAs) and implement corrective actions.

3. Compliance & Audits

• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific regulations.
• Manage internal/external security audits and regulatory inspections.

4. Security Technology & Innovation

• Evaluate and implement AI-driven surveillance, threat detection tools, and automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology Electrical Engineering, Security Management, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous
• 4+ years in Integrated Security Division Team Lead or any related position.
• Certifications preferred:

CPP (Certified Protection Professional)

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

PSP (Physical Security Professional)

OSHA 30 (for workplace safety compliance) and related certificates

• Expertise in access control systems and CCTV analytics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and physical security best practices.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication for executive briefings and cross-department collaboration.
