Individual/Firm Consultant For Strategy Development

The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) is a legally registered non-profit membership organization of CSOs operating in Ethiopia. Currently CCRDA membership has reached 496 legally registered international and national CSOs engaging in long term development, relief & rehabilitation, advocacy, and human rights activities CCRDA envisions a poverty free Ethiopia with vibrant CSOs and assured social justice.

The Association is preparing to commence a 5-year strategy Development. This is, therefore, to invite qualified, competent and experienced individuals or firm to lead an integrally dedicated team and develop the required strategy

Deliverables

The consultant/firm, with close support from the interval team, shall deliver on the following key tasks, but not exclusively limited the list

• Outline of the work plan with a clear time frame
• Guiding the team to have a systematic SWOT/PESTEL analysis and produce a summery report to help move to the next step
• Conduct a stakeholders sampling, insight gathering, analysis and summery report to enable the next phase.
• Delivering the first draft.
• Delivering the second draft lead the validation process with pertinent parties
• Producing the final document (camera ready)

Qualification and experience

• PhD/Masters, with firsthand experience in strategy development. The consultant on the firm must have at least 3 proven works in the past three years at least one of the assignments must be with a legally recognized CSO. The bidder is also expected to produce the necessary credentials to support the claims.
