Context and purpose of the job
The Human Resources Internship acts as a service provider, supporting the HR operations and responsible for the support of hiring process, performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities. She/He assist in updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations.
The Human resources Internship supports the daily HR operations at a country office, within a country, by performing facility and office related activities. SNV employees are provided with the right facilities and services, so they can focus on the execution of their core activities

Remuneration
– SNV Ethiopia will pay a monthly stipend and accident insurance (GPA) cover and whenever there is travel to field offices, all costs relating to the assigned tasks in the field will be covered as guided by SNV policies.
Delivers Human Resources services, within guidelines and procedures. Provides support to the HR team, in order to provide consistent operational processes for the overall HR task.

Assignment duration – The internship will be for a period of 6 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance and budget avaialbility.
