We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions. Ideal candidates will be competent, motivated, and passionate about international development. These roles are an excellent opportunity for professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience who are eager to engage in Human Resource management, preferably within the international development sector. Qualification:

•  MBA HRM or Management

Experience

• The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of progressively senior experience in human resources management,
• preferably within international or multicultural organizational settings.
• This should include a proven trajectory of strategic leadership across HR functions,
• with demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions and navigating cross-cultural HR issues is highly valued.
