Job Description

Duties

Coordinates the preparation of residential units for occupancy for all Mission agencies within the Embassy. Post’s short-term leased (STL) residential inventory exceeds 140 units. Works closely with ICASS customers, Facilities Office, Regional Security Office, Warehouse Section, Housing Coordinator and the S/GSO to prepare housing units for newly arriving personnel. Incumbent serves as an incidental operator of official vehicles and meets all requirements outlined in 14 FAM 433.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:-  Two years of administrative or office experience with coordination responsibilities required.

EDUCATION:- Completion of secondary school is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Fluency in speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (This may be tested.)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  •  Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) required. (This may be tested.) 
  • Good customer-service skills and attention to detail is mandatory.
  • Ability to tactfully interact in person, by email, and by phone.
