Job Description
Duties
- General coordination and supervision of Post’s Housing Section. Supervisor of one Realty Assistant and five Realty Clerks.
- Works with Realty Assistant in assessing potential new leases. Recommends housing assignments to the S/GSO and the Inter-Agency Housing Board (IAHB).
- Assists new employees with settling into the assigned housing. Insures accuracy of the housing documents, to include Housing Handbook, real property application, photo database, post reports and post profiles.
- Established section’s standard operating procedures and work with staff for in-house training instill management controls to prevent fraud.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three years of administrative or office experience with customer service responsibilities is required.
Education Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV English (fluency, speaking/reading/writing) is required (This may be tested.)
OTHER: MS Suite (good working knowledge) is required (This may be tested.)
