02. Technical Manager

Job Description

  • The Technical manager is responsible for managing, directing, and installing all preventive and corrective technical activities within the different locations of Holland Dairy PLC.
  • Responsible for project management of technical expansions, from civil works until establishing a maintenance plan.

The Security and External Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of company operations across Ethiopia, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets, and information. This role also involves managing external relations with key stakeholders, including government authorities, peer organizations, and security networks.

1. Security Monitoring & Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor the security situation in Ethiopia, with a focus on areas where the company operates.

05. Maintenance Technician – MCPs & Addis Ababa Office

1. Preventive Maintenance

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utility systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and health checks of mechanical and electrical systems.

06. Sr. Treasury Officer

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description

The Senior Treasury Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management, managing short-term cash flow requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. The role will also handle the end-to-end process of Letter of Credit (LC) management.

Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Manage and monitor the company’s short-term cash flow position, ensuring adequate liquidity at all times.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and identify funding requirements or surpluses.
  • Prepare ad hoc cash position reports and analysis for management as required
  • Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

Letter of Credit (LC) Management

  • Initiate and process LCs in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and banks to ensure all required documentation is in place and submitted as per LC conditions.
  • Track LC status and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid delays.

Bank Relationship Management

  • Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with all partner banks.
  • Manage documentation and communication related to banking facilities.
  • Monitor bank charges, interest rates, and service levels, and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.

Internal Coordination & Controls

  • Liaise with the accounting team to ensure all treasury transactions are properly recorded.
