JOB SUMMARY
The Health Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of Samaritans Purses Health Program in the program area. This role includes managing the MMNU activities each day, which involves traveling to mobile clinic sites, coordinating setup, supervising and guiding patient care delivery, leading the health teams, and representing Samaritans Purse in meetings with health cluster partners and government authorities. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that high quality, culturally sensitive patient care is consistently provided. This includes upholding patient confidentiality, maintaining infection prevention standards, and ensuring full compliance with Ministry of Health guidelines and Samaritans Purse protocols.
