Salary: Negotiable, based on capacity and experience

Qualifications:

BSc./MSc. Degree in Animal Sciences or related fields

Experience:

2 – 5 years in agricultural or related fieldwork including DAs, and those who worked in Private Farms and other related engagements.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to engage in intensive fieldwork
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work anywhere as assigned by the Organization
- Strong character, commitment and work confidence

Other Desirables

At least one recommendation letter from a supervisor or church/community leader
Fluency in English, Afan Oromo and Amharic is required
