About You
Qualifications:
- Degree in General Agriculture, Plant Science, Animal Science or related fields
Experience: 2 – 5 years in agricultural or related fieldwork
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic
- Willingness to engage in intensive fieldwork
- Ability to work under pressure
Requirements:
- At least one recommendation letter from a supervisor
- Willingness to work anywhere as assigned by the Organization
- Strong character, commitment, and work confidence
- Salary: Negotiable, based on capacity and experience
- Dealing with work-related stress
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
