ROLE PURPOSE: 

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall activities’ planning, execution, and reporting. He/she is directly assigned to,  work with and link to other livelihoods programme to deliver a broader package of support that help beneficiaries build stronger livelihoods, as building beneficiaries’ ability to increase their incomes is expected to enhance purchasing power. SC will regularly assess the adequacy of the transfer value. Provide multi-purpose cash transfer to address the immediate non-food needs of drought-affected vulnerable HHs.  Provide voucher-based animal treatment service delivery system along with supplementary livestock feed as a strategy to improve utilization of the feed and create veterinary service access to vulnerable drought-affected households in project target area responsible for the supervision of all logistics, Staff, financial and overall functioning aspects of this project.
