About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory management, and production-related financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and KPI dashboards.

Cost & Inventory Management
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including BOM (Bill of Materials), overhead allocations, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Oversee inventory valuation and cycle counts; coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
• Analyze production costs and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Present financial insights to management for decision-making.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements.
• Oversee AP/AR functions and optimize cash management.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure tax compliance applicable to the manufacturing sector.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.

Team Leadership

• Supervise finance and accounts personnel.
• Provide training and develop team capability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, with at least 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
