Boston Partners PLC would like to invite qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager at Boston Partners P.L.C(Entoto, Boston day spa ) is responsible for managing the financial operations of the spa. This includes overseeing financial transactions, pricing strategy, cost control, and reporting to support effective decision-making and service profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial activities, including POS reconciliation, vendor payments, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and profitability analyses
• Monitor cash flow and advise management on financial planning
• Ensure correct pricing of services and control operational costs (e.g., products, utilities, staffing)
• Monitor inventory usage for spa products and retail items.
• Work closely with the Spa Manager and department heads to forecast and control financial performance
• Ensure compliance with tax, labour, and financial regulations.
• Liaise with the head office finance team and external auditors as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• At least 4 years’ experience in finance, preferably in spa, salon, or hospitality settings
• Experience with POS systems and accounting software (IDS, Peachtree, etc.)
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
