We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help manage the financial operations that support our impactful projects.

Position Overview:

The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Foundation’s financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s mission while working in a collaborative and high-impact environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support budget creation and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s strategic goals.
• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to inform decision-making.

2. Accounting Support:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare necessary financial documentation.

3. Audit and Compliance:

• Support audit preparation, ensuring necessary documentation is available and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to the Foundation’s financial policies and procedures.

4. Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including organizing meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining financial filing systems.
• Assist with financial documentation management and ensure quick and easy access to necessary records.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for operational needs.
• Help train non-financial staff on budget management and financial procedures.
