PAD is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals for the following position(s)
Position: Field Level Project Coordinator
Number required: 1 (one)
Duty Station: Setit Humera, with regular field travel required
Employment Type: Contract
The Field Level Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management, coordination, and oversight of the Integrated Multi-sector Social Cohesion and Protection project at the field level. Working closely with the Protection Officer, Social Workers, and Dialogue Facilitators, the Field Coordinator ensures that all project activities are implemented on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with organizational and donor (ECHO) standards. The role involves leading field-level planning, team management, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, security liaison, and reporting. A strong focus is placed on integrating protection, community dialogue, and peacebuilding efforts while maintaining a survivor-centered and ‘Do No Harm’ approach. The Field Level Project Coordinator is the primary representative of the project in the assigned area, fostering constructive relationships with local authorities, community structures, and humanitarian partners.
