Expression of Interest (EOI) for Crowdfunding Services

World Vision International Ethiopia (WVIE) invites qualified local service providers to express interest (submit EOI proposal) in delivering an integrated digital platform and services ecosystem for fundraising, donor engagement, payment processing, system integration, security, and enterprise support. Eligible interested service providers will be invited for full bid (financial and specific technical) proposal later after review of their EOI proposal.

Scope of Services

WVIE seeks innovative webmarketing and crowdfunding solutions to mobilize resources for sustainable impact in the communities we serve. Providers should be able to:

• Design, develop, and manage a modern, secure, and scalable fundraising website aligned with WVIE branding.
• Integrate content management, donor journeys, and payment gateways (supporting online, mobile, POS, and multi-currency transactions).
• Implement digital marketing tools, analytics, and donor engagement features.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with international/local standards.
• Provide API-based system integration, CRM/donor management, and transparent reporting dashboards.
• Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing technical support

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fundraising platforms.
• Capability to present solutions via a maximum 15-slide presentation (PDF only; hard copies disqualified).
• Product demonstration covering existing platforms, relevant functionalities, and lessons learned.
• Valid company certifications, licenses, and references from nonprofit clients.

Evaluation Criteria

EOIs will be assessed on:

• Quality and relevance of presentation and product demonstration.
• Technical capability, scalability, and security.
• Experience and past performance.
• Compliance with submission requirements.
• Results of WVIE due diligence.
