COOPI is looking for Evaluators – Roster of Consultants

COOPI is looking for candidates to include in its Roster of Consultants with the following profiles:

  • Experts in project evaluations (institutional donors: UE-INTPA, ECHO, AICS, USAID, FCDO)

Responsibilities of the role

Typical assignments include project evaluations (mid-term and final), and support/execution of needs assessments.

Profile of the candidate

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent);
  • A minimum of 5 or more years of professional experience relevant to the position for which you are applying;
  • For project design/evaluation/studies: excellent writing, research and analytical skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French; knowledge of Spanish and Arabic desired.
  • Field experience.

TRANSVERSAL SKILLS

  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
  • Able to work independently and remotely, as well as in various settings;
  • Proven ability to work in situations of insecurity, stress and in countries considered to be at risk;
  • Flexibility to travel within the country and in the areas of intervention;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills.
