About the Role – Purpose:
As a member of Concern in Ethiopia’s Executive Country Management Team (CMT), the Programmes Director (PD) will manage and guide the development of Concern’s programmes in Ethiopia in line with its Country Strategic Plan and Concern Worldwide policies and strategies, ensuring quality, strategic purpose, effective participation by and accountability to target communities and other stakeholders.
