In Ethiopia, IHI is registered at the F.D.R.E Authority for Civil Societies Organization and closely working with the Ministry of Health since 2013 to drive the quality agenda of the country through support development and implementation of national quality strategy, capability building for improvement and demonstrating scalable approaches to improve quality of MNH care and other health services.

IHI is looking for a higlhly skilled EMR and AI Consultant to provide expert guidance and hands-on support for integrating technology into our current and future healthcare projects. This role requires skills to bridge the gap between clinical needs and technological solutions.

The consultant will drive value through Strategic Planning & Assessment, conducting thorough reviews of existing IT infrastructure and developing strategic roadmaps for integrating technologies. He/She will be responsible for System Implementation & Integration, leading the planning, deployment, testing, and ensuring integration between clinical and administrative systems.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in health and health information system related field.
• Proficiency with major EHR systems and strong working knowledge of AI concepts and their application in healthcare projects
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT consulting, specifically within the healthcare sector including skills on integrating EMR and AI it to health care projects.
• Indepth understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and healthcare regulatory environments.
