Job Description

As an Employer Brand Specialist based in Addis Ababa, the successful candidate will report to the County Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand to champion this narrative.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations to expand the candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with P&C Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding and effective integration of new hires.
• Develop and execute the Employer Branding Strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and refine a tailored Employee Value Proposition (EVP) based on employee insights and market trends.
• Create compelling and engaging content that attracts and resonates with target talent segments.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online employer presence.
• Partner with recruitment teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Drive organizational culture campaigns that reflect company values and strategic direction.
• Develop and publish a quarterly newsletter that reinforces employer brand messaging.

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing ,Marketing Management  or a related field of studies .
• A minimum of five years of experience in Employer Branding, with a proven track record of bridging brand strategy with hands-on graphic design and multimedia content creation.
