As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment, operating seven branches and area projects in different regions, as well as a university college in Addis Ababa. The organization is seeking qualified professionals who can build on what has already been achieved.

Work Location:

Addis Ababa with frequent travel to the field

Terms of Employment

Contract, dependent on the project duration.

About You

Education:

Minimum Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management Education or related fields.

Special Skills/Training:

Educational policy analysis
Report writing
Project proposal preparation
Computer literacy
Pedagogical training
Communication skills

Experience:

10 years for Bachelor’s / 6 years for Master’s holders
Out of which 2 years must be in a supervisory role
