Education Specialist

As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment, operating seven branches and area projects in different regions, as well as a university college in Addis Ababa. Position: Education Specialist

Work Location:

• Addis Ababa with frequent travel to the field

Terms of Employment

• Contract, dependent on the project duration.

Education:

• Minimum Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management Education or related fields.

Special Skills/Training:

• Educational policy analysis
• Report writing
• Project proposal preparation
• Computer literacy
• Pedagogical training
• Communication skills

Experience:

• 10 years for Bachelor’s / 6 years for Master’s holders
• Out of which 2 years must be in a supervisory role
