Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support related to Designing Monitoring and Evaluation systems, conduct evaluations and operational research in their field of studies. Responsible for ensuring finalization of high quality deliverables for clients. Organize and prepare timely reports on projects. Support new business development as required. Represent the company in external meetings as required.

Term of employment and duty station: Fulltime employment with field travel both in Ethiopia and abroad

Educational background and area of expertise

• PhD/MSc in Economics or Agricultural Economics with extensive experience in M&E and Research.
• Five to ten years of experience in research or M&E related work.
