This position holder shall ensure that activities are implemented duly as planned, compile detail performance reports and best practices regularly as required and put in place strategies for effective and smooth operation of the project. The coordinator may be also expected to take active role in technical co-ordination, support and advocacy with the country specific Education Clusters, other stakeholders and technical agencies relevant to the sector.
Ensure the sustainability of the project interventions, handing over project documents, data and structures to government partners, close the project effectively and efficiently, include ensuring donor compliance, taking timely actions, Facilitate Final evaluation and final Audit, complete the remaining activities of the project, budget management and expenditure posting, and managing project closure.
The role requires proactive problem-solving, delivering contextualized solutions, and mitigating risks identified through spot checks to maintain project closure.
