This position is being created to help lead that transformation.
The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership and department managers to improve organizational performance through systems, data, technology, automation, artificial intelligence, accountability, and operational excellence.
THE ROLE
The Digital Transformation, ERP & Business Performance Manager will be responsible for driving organizational performance through the effective use of systems, data, processes, technology, automation, and AI.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Business and technology
- Strategy and execution
- Data and decision-making
- ERP systems and daily operations
- AI opportunities and business value
- Management expectations and employee execution
The successful candidate must be capable of identifying performance bottlenecks, determining their root causes, and implementing practical solutions that create measurable business improvement.
This is not a technical support position.
This is not a software administration position.
This is a business performance improvement role powered by technology, systems, data, and organizational discipline.
The position carries cross-functional responsibility and requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Executive Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Systems Leadership
- Lead ERP utilization and optimization across all departments.
- Improve system adoption, compliance, and accountability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Standardize business processes and workflows.
- Drive system-based execution across the organization.
- Coordinate future system enhancements and digital initiatives.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI monitoring systems.
- Improve visibility into sales, finance, operations, inventory, customer performance, and overall business health.
- Transform business data into actionable management insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making at all levels.
AI, Automation & Digital Innovation
- Identify and implement practical AI applications.
- Lead automation initiatives that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop intelligent reporting and decision-support capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend high-value opportunities.
- Support the company’s AI adoption roadmap.
Performance Management
- Design and strengthen KPI frameworks.
- Improve accountability systems across departments.
- Support management review processes and performance monitoring.
- Ensure business objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.
Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness
- Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Eliminate duplication, bottlenecks, and manual work.
- Improve productivity, coordination, and operational effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional alignment and execution.
Change Management
- Drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Train, coach, and support managers and employees.
- Reduce resistance to change.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must possess a combination of business, analytical, and technical capabilities.
ERP & Business Systems
- Strong experience implementing, optimizing, or managing ERP systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and approval processes.
- Strong understanding of Sales, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable.
Data & Analytics
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI monitoring systems.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Ability to transform complex business data into actionable insights.
Software Development & Automation
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing business applications and automation solutions.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and process orchestration.
- Experience developing internal business tools and digital solutions.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, LLMs, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
Web Technologies
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Understanding of modern web application architecture.
- Experience building dashboards, portals, management systems, or enterprise applications.
Database & Infrastructure
- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge.
- Database design, optimization, backup, and recovery.
- Linux server administration.
- Git version control.
- Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
- Understanding of system security, access management, and data governance.
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Strong interest in practical AI applications.
- Experience implementing AI-powered reporting, automation, analytics, decision-support, or productivity solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that create measurable business value.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of improving organizational performance through systems, data, technology, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior management and cross-functional teams.
