Child Safeguarding Level 3 – the responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people
ROLE PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Data Entry Clerk position is to ensure quality data and information is entered, maintained, analysed and disseminated for effective reporting and documentation of program activities as per the EAC project requirementsShe/he will be techinically assisted by MEAL coordinator.

Reports to:  EAC MEAL Coordinator

Staff directly reporting to this post:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Enter all data accurately and in a timely manner per instructions of the MEAL Coordinator
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Assure protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up.
  • Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored are maintained
  • Ensure that data entry work is implemented as planned and in line with Save the Children policies and procedures and meet the expected standards.
  • produce High quality, analytical reports and supply to SC program on regular basis
  • update data on beneficiaries on regular basis
  • Other duties as assigned.
