Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinate and manage international partnership initiatives and cross-border projects
- Engage in client onboarding for CBS solutions and identify relevant countries for expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on CBS-related activities
- Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet client needs, liaising with foreign subject matter experts
- Follow up on the development of training materials such as manuals and handbooks
- Facilitate learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, coaching, exposure visits, and experience sharing
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of CBS solutions
- Track, report, and provide feedback on training outcomes and program impact
- Handle logistics for training activities including travel, venues, and equipment
- Coordinate off-site/abroad training activities for clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with external solution partners
- Continuously update and improve CBS solutions
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Project coordination and report writing
- Instructional design and learning material development
- Presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, international relations, Communication, Management, or related fields
- 1-3 years or more of international exposure and demonstrated experience in project coordination
- A master’s degree in related fields is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Excellent facilitation, training, and community mobilization skills.
- Project Management Support
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
