CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 (Six-month) months with opportunity of extension.
Child Safeguarding:
Level 3 – the responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people The role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in country programs; or are visiting country programs; ore because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff. |
The incumbent of this position represents SC values and principles in interactions with staff and external audiences. The selected employee will be responsible for implementation of the information management system as part of case management responses for the survivors of SGBV, unaccompanied and separated children (UASC), migrant children vulnerable to abuse exploitation neglect and violence within IDP site and Host community. He/she will be responsible for efficient and accurate data entry of individual case and produce monthly-disaggregated statistics and qualitative updates of progress upon demand according to the protocol. The CPIMS officer assumes the responsibilities given under the purpose and undertakes his/her regular tasks in accordance with a well-defined framework of policies and procedures under immediate supervision. |

Reports to: Project Coordinator Dimensions: Save the Children works in Ethiopia with a current staff complement of approximately 1300 staff and current expenditure of approximately $100+ million each year. Staff directly reporting to this post: None. |
