Position Summary

Frontieri Consult PLC is seeking to build a pool of highly qualified Independent Consultants to support current and upcoming projects. Selected consultants will be engaged on a project basis to deliver specialized expertise, contribute to client assignments, and support the successful implementation of consulting engagements across various sectors.

Key Areas of Expertise

We are particularly interested in professionals with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Human Resources & Talent Management
  • Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Recruitment & Executive Search
  • Training & Capacity Building
  • Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and Data Analysis
  • Rural Development & Financial Inclusion
  • Private Sector Development

Roles and Responsibilities

Consultants engaged through the talent pool will be expected to:

  • Provide technical expertise in assigned consulting projects
  • Deliver high-quality outputs in line with project objectives and timelines
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support the design and implementation of client solutions
  • Ensure professional standards and client satisfaction throughout engagements

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record in consulting or project-based assignments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with donor-funded or development projects is an advantage
  • Relevant academic qualifications in a related field

  • Communication, and MS Office skills; commitment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Organization & Time Management
