Task: Conducting An Overall Organizational Readiness & Cultural Assessment

Our organization is a non-government-not-for-profit organization operating in Ethiopia since 1994. The organization envisions a world where vulnerable individuals realize their potential for a better future. It is dedicated to improving the lives of underserved groups through execution of integrated development and humanitarian programs.

Task Description

Our organization has increased and scaled up its programmatic scope, able to reach out a wide range of geographic coverage, increased number of target communities with a diversified resource base and enhanced resources mobilization movement as local solutions.

Hence, in order to embed continuous adaptation and growth into its core in response to changing contexts and stakeholders needs, our organization plans to undertake Conducting an Overall Organizational Readiness & Cultural Assessment through outsourcing the task to consultancy service firms.

Qualification

Consultancy service firms that fulfill the following eligibility criteria can apply for the outsourced assignment:

• Proven expertise in conducting Organizational Assessments and Cultural Diagnostics, preferably using recognized frameworks (Baldrige, OCAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of the CSO environment and evidence of working with NGOs/CSOs in Ethiopia
• Having team composition with qualification of expertise in the fields of OD, development studies: change management, HRM, relevant social and behavioral sciences.
• Having a trade license renewed for 2025, VAT/TIN certificates.
