Positive Action for Development (PAD) is one of the most vibrant, rapidly expanding, and results-driven civil society organizations in Ethiopia. The Community Facilitators will be based in Karat Zuria District (2 positions) and Derashe District (2 positions). They will be responsible for community mobilization, awareness creation, beneficiary engagement, self-help group facilitation, and participatory monitoring under the She-F.E.R.A. Project.
The facilitators will ensure that project objectives, donor information, and implementation modalities are clearly communicated to communities. They will support accurate collection of socio-demographic data, preparation of beneficiary master lists, facilitation of community meetings, nutrition awareness activities, and promotion of inclusive participation of women, youth, and vulnerable households. They will act as a key link between PAD, community structures, and local government extension services.
