Job Summary:

The Collaboration Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by building and nurturing strategic partnerships with influencers, organisations, and stakeholders. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in developing impactful campaigns, negotiating agreements, and aligning collaborations with business goals. As the main liaison between the company and its external partners, the Collaboration Specialist ensures smooth communication, innovative solutions, and measurable success in all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain effective relationships with external organisations and stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Influencer Engagement: Identify and establish agreements with influencers for brand promotion and develop strategies to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Agreement Management: Negotiate terms, finalise partnership agreements, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Administrative Coordination: Coordinate and process work permits or necessary documentation for external collaborators.
• Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align external partnerships with company goals and strategies.
• Representation: Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to build visibility and forge new connections.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to maximise the impact of partnerships and ensure the success of campaigns.
