Internal/External vacancy for CPIMS Assistant 

                                          (Child protection information management system) 

LOCATION:  Dollo – Bur-amino refugee camp

GRADE:  5

Child Safeguarding:

Level 3:  Level 3: either the role holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work; or they will be working in a ‘regulated’ position (accountant, barrister, solicitor, legal executive); therefore, a police check will be required (at ‘standard’ level in the UK or equivalent in other countries).

ROLE PURPOSE: 

The purpose of the CPIMS assistant position is to ensure quality data and information is entered, maintained, analyzed and disseminated for effective, reporting and documentation of program activities as per the Child protection requirementsShe/he will be technically assisted by Child officer/ coordinator and child protection manager and will be managing the child protection officer working at camp.

SCOPE OF ROLE: 

Reports to: Child protection officer with dotted line management Camp Manager.
