Job Description
Rehabilitation and Development Organization (RaDO) is a National NGO working on the area of Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS, Gender Based Violence (GBV). Currently, it is operational in the Somalia, Sudanese, Eritrean refugee camps Tigray and Afar located in Ethiopia.
Salary: As per the organizational scale
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Rights, or related field. .
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in case management, protection, or humanitarian response, preferably with refugees or host communities
- Fluency in English
- Time management
- Analytical skills

- Communication
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
