Event Overview:

Reach for Change Ethiopia (RFC) is hosting the Green Innovation Lab (GIL) Pitch Event to showcase innovative green solutions by entrepreneurs in waste management and circular enterprises. The event includes two simultaneous pitching areas, an award ceremony, and behind-the-scenes coverage. High-quality photography and videography are required for donor reporting, communications, and social media content.

Objective:

Engage a qualified service provider to deliver professional photography and videography of the GIL Pitch Event, capturing pre-pitch interviews, live sessions, award ceremonies, audience engagement, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Scope of Work E Deliverables:

• Pre-Pitch Interviews: 2–3 minutes per participant, professionally lit and edited
• Pitch Sessions: Full coverage of two simultaneous pitching areas; edited videos for social media and YouTube (horizontal E vertical).
• Award Ceremony: Video and photo documentation of announcements, reactions, and celebrations.
• Photography: 100–150 high-resolution images covering participants, jury, audience, and event energy.
• Post-Production: Edited videos including pre-pitch interviews, recap (max 2 min), pitch sessions (3–5 min each), and award ceremony; professional color grading, clear audio, English subtitles, and branding aligned with RFC standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and microphones.
• Independent setups for two simultaneous pitching areas.
• Minimum Full HD 1080p; 4K optional.
• High dynamic range (HDR) for color accuracy.
• Visual content must uphold dignity, ethical representation, and RFC branding

• Technical approach, workflow, and team composition.
• Equipment list and portfolio of similar work.
• Itemized financial proposal
• Commitment to safeguarding, consent, and ethical standards.
