Development for All (DFA) is an independent, non-governmental, and impartial local civil society organization established in 2016, registered under registration number 3610 and re-registered in 2019 under the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). Our core mission focuses on advancing and safeguarding the rights of minority groups, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritized. We operate at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, youth engagement, and essential socioeconomic services, crafting a holistic approach to development that addresses the diverse challenges faced by minorities and other marginalized communities, including women, elders, people with disabilities, and forcibly displaced individuals.

We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified researchers to conduct an assessment of the conflict and human rights situation in the Metekel Zone of the Benishangul-Gumuz Region, Ethiopia. The selected researcher will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key issues related to conflict dynamics and human rights challenges in the area.
