Call for Consulting Firm – Endline Evaluation for DFCP Project

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) Ethiopia is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct an Endline Evaluation for its Deforestation-Free Coffee Production (DFCP) Project.

The consultancy involves analyzing already collected project data, identifying key achievements, lessons learned, and providing actionable recommendations in a final evaluation report. The assignment is to be completed within 15 working days.

Key Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in development, climate-smart agriculture, or conservation project evaluations
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Experience working on donor-funded projects using OECD-DAC criteria

Deliverables Include:

• Inception Report
• Draft Evaluation Report
• Final Endline Evaluation Report
