Develop AMF’s Strategic Plan for 2026-2030

Background:

The Dr. Ambachew Mekonnen Foundation (AMF) is a non-profit organization working to advance democratic governance, social justice, and inclusive development in Ethiopia. As part of its organizational capacity development, AMF seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop a Strategic Plan for 2026–2030.

Objective:

To facilitate a consultative and participatory process that will:

• Define AMF’s strategic objectives for 2026–2030
• Identify key priorities and intervention strategies
• Develop a realistic action plan and monitoring framework
• Align internal governance and operational systems with future goals

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CSO policy development and governance frameworks in Ethiopia
• Proven track record in facilitating strategic planning for CSOs
• Strong knowledge of civil society strengthening and institutional governance
• Ability to deliver in English and Amharic
